Hub 51 Joins the HC Roster
March 2009-- Henson Consulting announced today that they will add one of Chicago's favorites restaurants, HUB 51, to their impressive list of clientele. HUB 51 has become THE dining destination in River North and appeals to a fun crowd that enjoys their very eclectic menu.
Opening with great fanfare in June 2008, HUB 51 (located at 51 W. Hubbard Street at the corner of Hubbard and Dearborn) has received rave reviews from diners and critics alike for its twist on American favorites and fun atmosphere. Founded by brothers, R.J. and Jerrod Melman, HUB 51 also has a VIP bar below the restaurant, SUB 51, where well-known DJ’s spin Thursday-Saturday evenings. HUB 51 has been visited by some of the biggest names in Hollywood and athletes alike including: Jeremy Piven, Samantha Ronson, Carla Gugino, Heather Mills, Doug Reinhart, Billy Zane, Jeff Daniels, D.L. Hughly, Christie Hefner, Lou Pinella, Derek Lee, Robbie Gould, Kyle Orton and Sean Avery among many others.
