Jack Yeo
Chief Operating Officer
Jack Yeo joined Henson Consulting in April 2008 as chief operating officer. Yeo is charged with upholding client satisfaction, ensuring professional staff development and strategically growing the firm's diverse client roster.
Jack brings HC almost 20 years of experience and offers the firm's clients wide-ranging expertise in the areas of consumer marketing, corporate reputation management, crisis communications and community relations.
Prior to joining HC, Yeo was a member of the senior leadership team at Burson-Marsteller Chicago, one of the most prestigious global public relations consultancies. During his 13 year tenure at Burson, Jack was a "go to" account leader and led several of the firm's largest and most valued consumer and B2B clients, including Hormel Foods Corporation, CDW Corporation, R.R. Donnelley and The Chicago White Sox. Jack took on multiple internal leadership roles, including serving as a member of the firm's network of senior crisis communications counselors and designing and leading both new business and staff development initiatives.
Jack is an award winning practitioner who enjoys not only providing his clients with sound strategic and creative communications counsel but also "getting dirt under his fingernails" by working directly with clients to execute communications programs. He prides himself on being an excellent writer and verbal communicator. Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, Jack was employed at Hill and Knowlton, Inc., in the firm's corporate/financial relations group.
Jack graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in business communication from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
